Mai Lam Hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay . The staff were really friendly and the lady doing breakfast lien was so nice and friend .
Kim, Sam, Mai, and lyne were very friendly and very nice .
I had a problem with cleaners not supplying me with soap or towels . Spoke to Kim and it was sorted .
Please kindly ensure that porters don’t handle the breakfast to customers as their hands are really dirty spoken to Mia about it .
Overall an excellent lovely hotel with very nice friendly staff.

This was amazing hotel, I really love it! the hotel was cozy surrounded by many shop and exactly in center of city. The room was clean, smell good and tidy, we choose family room and it was quite big enough for us. I would like to express our gratitude to the staff , Sam (male ) and Kim (female) who always assist us, both of them are asset of the hotel ! they are so genuine and care to the guest, first class for them !!. I would like to recommend to all of you who will be staying here, please see Kim and Sam, and you will be amazed with their service.

| Stay here!
We booked a twin room but they upgraded us to a triple because it had a better view. The service was impeccable and the location couldn’t be much better, in the middle of old town, close to the lake so in walking distance of everything. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean and well presented. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. :)

| Amazing!
We ended up coming to this hotel, due to another being so bad. We found the Mai Lam Hotel on booking.com and were so so happy with what we found! Amazing location, the staff were so welcoming and the rooms are lovely and well decorated!
